Pomerleau, a leader in Quebec’s construction industry, and a major player in Canada’s, came into being in St-Georges-de-Beauce in 1966. Fifty years later, Pomerleau wanted its industry leadership reflected by its website, while offering its clients a modern multi-platform experience, and Locomotive was chosen to completely redesign its website.
Redesigning the website’s user experience and art direction while bringing it up-to-date, and respecting the company’s values and brand image, was Locomotive’s mandate. Enhancing the user experience and products’ finesse was accomplished through the use of an efficient content management system for the company’s many needs, a clear click path, subtle animation and micro-interactions.
A full-screen navigation system presents Pomerleau's complete offer at a glance and guides the user through their visit. The information is centralized in a simple two-level architecture following a content strategy built previously with the client.
