Micanan, a company specializing in garage door automation, enlisted Locomotive to overhaul its brand experience; a new visual identity, print tools and an online sales and support platform designed primarily for Micanan distributors worldwide.

These days, brand experience inevitably passes through the web. In Micanan’s case, the principal user is a distributor, more precisely an operator installer. Locomotive proposed navigation with two distinct parts: the presentation of the product offer, and distributor support. This approach allows for offering support full time, on all internet-connected devices.

An effective support tool

Because one of the site’s main objectives was optimizing support for installers in the field, one can now easily access all documentation linked to a product onsite thanks to ergonomic navigation, or by specific keyword searches.
